Sweet 16

2 Duke vs 3 Michigan State

Winner: Duke

West

1 Gonzaga vs 5 Wisconsin

Winner: Gonzaga

2 Ohio State vs 3 New Mexico

Winner: Ohio State

South

1 Kansas vs 4 Michigan

Winner: Kansas

2 Georgetown vs 3 Florida

Winner: Florida

East

1 Indiana vs 4 Syracuse

Winner: Indiana

2 Miami vs 3 Marquette

Winner: Miami

Elite 8

Midwest

1 Louisville vs 2 Duke

Winner: Louisville

Why: Duke is #234 in the country at offensive rebounding. Indiana should win by a comfortable margin.

West

1 Gonzaga vs 2 Ohio State

Winner: Gonzaga

Why: Ohio State ranks in the bottom 50% of the nation in free throw percentage. Gonzaga should survive to the Final 4 but don’t be surprised if the buckeyes pull off the upset

South

1 Kansas vs 3 Florida

Winner:Kansas

Why: The gators also rank in the bottom 50 percent of all teams in free throw shooting. Are we seeing a common theme. This is the most intriguing elite 8 match-up because the teams are so close it could be a coin flip I think it will come down to the charity stripe and that is where the gators will fall.

East

1 Indiana vs 2 Miami

Winner: Indiana

Why: yep! bottom 50 in FT%.
