GIANTS EVEN UP WORLD SERIES

Already down 2-1 in the series the Giants couldn’t be down 4-1 to the Kansas City Royals at home yet they were. But that didn’t stop them from coming back to stun the Royals by scoring 10 unanswered runs to win 11-4. “We never give up, that’s the thing,” said Sandoval, who shook off a stomach bug to be able to play in the game. “We’ve been doing it all year in these situations. We know how that feels.” Game 5 is Sunday. “This was a great ballgame, I thought, especially the way we came back,” Giants manager Bruce Bochy said. “We had to win this game tonight no matter what,” said Giants starter Ryan Vogelsong
