ARGENTINA ADVANCES ON PENALTIES

Argentina is 1 win away from a W0rld Cup Championship after scraping by the Netherlands on penalties at São Paulo on Wednesday. After a boring and goalless first 120 minutes the match went to a PK shootout and Argentina never missed and Argentina keeper Sergio Romero saved shots from Ron Vlaar and Wesley Sneijde giving the Gauchos a 4-2 win in the shootout. Argentina will face Germany, who demolished Brazil in the semis in the World Cup finals in Rio De Janeiro.
