33.  Cleveland Browns

My Ideal Pick: Maurice Hurst, IDL – Michigan
The Pick: Austin Corbett, OL – Nevada
Grade: C-

Corbett has awesome versatility and can play anywhere on the offensive line, but I had a third to fourth round grade on him. Corbett’s score of 19 on the bench press should have risen red flags for Cleveland.

34.  New York Giants

My Ideal Pick: Will Hernandez, OG – UTEP
The Pick: Will Hernandez, OG – UTEP
Grade: A+

love Will Hernandez and I love this pick.He is a mauler in the run game, and while his form is sometimes a little shaky, his sky-high potential makes this the perfect pick.

35.  Cleveland Browns

My Ideal Pick: Maurice Hurst, IDL – Michigan
The Pick: Nick Chubb, RB – Georgia
Grade: C+

I like Nick Chubb, and I had a second round grade on him, but Derrius Guice and Ronald Jones are both still on the board, and I don’t know how you can pass on them.

36.  Indianapolis Colts

My Ideal Pick: Josh Jackson, CB – Iowa
The Pick: Darius Leonard, LB – South Carolina State
Grade: C

This was surprising. I am higher on Darius Leonard than average, and even then he is my LB7, which means I would still have two running backs in front of him.

37.  Indianapolis Colts

My Ideal Pick: Josh Jackson, CB – Iowa
The Pick: Braden Smith, G – Auburn
Grade: F

Huh, this was unexpected. I am not a fan of Braden Smith, and had a 4th round grade on him. If the Colts wanted an interior offensive lineman they should have gone Daniels or Crosby.

38.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers

My Ideal Pick: Maurice Hurst, IDL – Michigan
The Pick: Ronald Jones, RB – USC
Grade: B-

Ronald Jones was my RB3, and the Buccs needed a running back, so this is a solid pick. However, I don’t know why they didn’t pick a round one talent in Hurst or Jackson, or my RB2 in Derrius Guice.

39.  Chicago Bears

My Ideal Pick: Harold Landry, EDGE – Boston College
The Pick: James Daniels, C – Iowa
Grade: B+

I mean, you get a guy that I had a first-round grade on in the second, so it isn’t a bad pick, I just don’t understand why Landry is still falling. Daniels is arguably the top center in the draft.

40.  Denver Broncos

My Ideal Pick: Connor Williams, OT – Texas
The Pick: Courtland Sutton, WR – SMU
Grade: B-

This was shocking to me. The Broncos don’t need a receiver, and they are desperately in need of an offensive tackle. Just a mind-boggling pick from Denver here, although I think they got a good player.

41.   Tennessee Titans

My Ideal Pick: Harold Landry, EDGE – Boston College
The Pick: Harold Landry, EDGE – Boston College
Grade: A++++++++++

Landry was a top ten player on my, and many other’s boards, and because of an injury to his ankle in the 2017 season, he tumbled down NFL draft boards. Great Pick.

42.  Miami Dolphins

My Ideal Pick: Fred Warner, LB – BYU
The Pick: Mike Gesecki, TE – Penn State
Grade: B+

This is a solid pick. I gave Gesecki a 2nd round rating, and he was my 2nd rated tight end, and both come true. He couldn’t block to save his life, but he is great in the pass game.

43.  Detriot Lions

My Ideal Pick: Dallas Goedert, TE – South Dakota State
The Pick: Kerryon Johnson, RB – Auburn
Grade: C

Kerryon Johnson was my sixth-rated running back. How do you pick him over Derrius Guice? Can anybody explain that to me?

44.  San Francisco 49ers

My Ideal Pick: Fred Warner, LB – BYU
The Pick: Donte Pettis, WR – Washington
Grade: C-

Pettis had a second-round grade on my board, but he was my seventh-rated receiver, and my fourth-rated one still remaining, behind Miller, Hamilton, and Kirk.

45.  Green Bay Packers

My Ideal Pick: Josh Jackson, CB – Iowa
The Pick: Josh Jackson, CB – Iowa
Grade: A+

Jackson had a first-round grade on my big board, and he dropped all the way to number 45. A great move by Green Bay to scoop him up.

46.  Kansas City Chiefs

My Ideal Pick: Connor Williams, OT – Texas
The Pick: Breeland Speaks, IDL – Ole Miss
Grade: F-

The worst pick of the draft so far. I had Speaks as a sixth-round to undrafted talent. This is kind of unbelivable.

47.  Arizona Cardinals

My Ideal Pick: Anthony Miller, WR – Memphis
The Pick: Christian Kirk, WR – Texas A&M
Grade: B

This is a solid pick, I would have leaned Anthony Miller if you wanted to go receiver, but I’m a fan of Kirk, and he should be a difference maker for Kansas City.

48.  Los Angeles Chargers

My Ideal Pick: Maurice Hurst, IDL – Michigan
The Pick: Uchenna Nwosu, EDGE – USC
Grade: D-

Nwosu has great versatility, but a second rounder is REALLY rich for a guy I had as a 3rd-5th round talent.

49.  Philadelphia Eagles

My Ideal Pick: Connor Williams, OT – Texas
The Pick: Dallas Goedert, TE – South Dakota State
Grade: A+

Great pick from the Eagles here, because they like to use multiple tight end formations. Goedert was my #1 tight end, and the Eagles get him down at #49.

50.  Dallas Cowboys

My Ideal Pick: Anthony Miller, WR – Memphis
The Pick: Connor Williams, OT – Texas
Grade: A+

Connor Williams was the #2 player on my big board, and while I didn’t think that the Cowboys needed a tackle, he is just such a good player that I have to give this an A+.

51.  Chicago Bears

My Ideal Pick: Maurice Hurst, IDL – Michigan
The Pick: Anthony Miller, WR – Memphis
Grade: A

Anthony Miller was my third-rated receiver in the NFL draft, and this is a great value with the #51 pick.

52.  Indianapolis Colts

My Ideal Pick: Fred Warner, LB – BYU
The Pick: Kemoko Turay, EDGE – Rutgers
Grade: C+

I had Turay as a third round talent, but he has great potential. This is a decent pick.

53.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers

My Ideal Pick: Maurice Hurst, IDL – Michigan
The Pick: MJ Stewart, CB – North Carolina
Grade: D

Stewart was my 11th rated cornerback, he doesn’t have the height to play outside corner, or the speed to play slot.

54.  Cincinnati Bengals

My Ideal Pick: Orlando Brown, OT – Oklahoma
The Pick: Jessie Bates, S – Wake Forest
Grade: A-

Bates was one of the top overall players remaining on my board, this was a great pick.

55.  Carolina Panthers

My Ideal Pick: Ronnie Harrison, S – Alabama
The Pick: Donte Jackson, CB – LSU
Grade: B

Jackson was my #3 corner left on the board, but his 4.32 40-yard dash makes this a pill worth swallowing given the Panthers’ need for a slot corner.

56.  New England Patriots

My Ideal Pick: Mason Rudolph, QB – Oklahoma State
The Pick: Duke Dawson, CB – Florida
Grade: D

Dawson was a guy I gave a fourth-round grade. I’m not a fan of this pick, especially with as much of a need the Pats have at quarterback.

57.  Oakland Raiders

My Ideal Pick: Fred Warner, LB – BYU
The Pick: PJ Hall, IDL – Sam Houston State
Grade: F

PJ Hall couldn’t get off of blocks against Incarnate Word, what will he do against NFL defenses? A 6th-7th round talent, one of the worst picks so far.

58.  Atlanta Falcons

My Ideal Pick: Maurice Hurst, IDL – Michigan
The Pick: Isaiah Oliver, CB – Colorado
Grade: A

Oliver was becoming one of the highest players left remaining on my board, so this is a really great pick. Oliver has some of the best speed in the draft

59.  Washington Redskins

My Ideal Pick: Maurice Hurst, IDL – Michigan
The Pick: Derrius Guice, RB – LSU
Grade: A+

One of the best picks of round two. Guice was rumored to be going to the Redskins at #13, and the ‘Skins wait 46 picks and still get him late in the second round. Fantastic value pick

60.  Pittsburgh Steelers

My Ideal Pick: Fred Warner, LB – BYU
The Pick: James Washington, WR – Oklahoma State
Grade:  C

I had a round three grade on James Washington, and I feel that Hamilton or Chark would have been a better pick here.

61.  Jacksonville Jaguars

My Ideal Pick: Maurice Hurst, IDL – Michigan
The Pick: DJ Chark, WR – LSU
Grade: A

Chark was the #2 receiver left on my board, he basically carried the LSU offense throughout 2017, this is an awesome pick.

62.  Minnesota Vikings

My Ideal Pick: Tyrell Crosby, OG – Oregon
The Pick: Brian O’Neill, OT – Pittsburgh
Grade: B-

O’Neill had a third round grade on my scale, but he has incredible potential. His athleticism is incredible, but his anchoring is certainly suspect.

63.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers

My Ideal Pick: Maurice Hurst, IDL – Michigan
The Pick: Carlton Davis, CB – Auburn
Grade: A-

Carlton Davis was the top rated corner left on my board, and I really like this back as he can provide a lot in run support.

64.  Indianapolis Colts

My Ideal Pick: Fred Warner, LB – BYU
The Pick: Tyquan Lewis, EDGE – Ohio State
Grade: D

I had him as a fourth to fifth round pick. This really is a downer to end this article, wasn’t even the best Ohio State defensive lineman remaining, that would be Sam Hubbard.
